  • Ask a shop attendant if you may enter the shop with your pet.
  • Customers arriving by car who want to bring a pet on the premises are required to use the stairs by the elevator.
  • Guide dogs for the visually impaired, hearing impaired,
    or other handicaps are exempt from the above restrictions and may enter all areas of the premises.
  • Marine & Walk Yokohama shall not be liable for any problems or accidents, such as bites, injury, or death,
    resulting from a visitor bringing any animal onto the premises.
